Opening Times (from April 2012)
Please note - these times only come into effect from April onwards
- Tuesday 10am to 3pm (last admission 2pm)
- Saturday 12pm to 4pm (last admission 3pm)
Please note: on Jubilee Tuesday (5 June) our opening ours are slightly different - 12pm to 4pm
Admission to Hall I’ th’ Wood Museum will be FREE (please note there may be a small charge for special events).

Admission
Free
Toilets
Toilets are located outside at the back of the
Hall. Please ask a member of staff at the Hall for these to be opened
for you. We regret that at present our toilet facilities are limited
and unsuitable for wheelchair users. We are currently working to
improve the facilities.
Access
We currently have wheelchair access into the Great Hall and Dining Room but due to the nature of the premises there is restricted access to the rest of the building.
How to find us
By road
From Bolton town centre, take the A666 north, turn right onto the A58 and follow signs to Hall i'th' Wood
By rail
The house is 5 minutes walk from Hall 'i'th' Wood station. Trains run every hour from Bolton
By bus
Take bus numbers 525, 527, 539 or 507 from Bolton bus station
